Excellent location, excellent host.

We actually stayed in Little western spa as arranged by Bernd! The location of The little western was a short 5 min walk to the sea front and situated a stones throw from the shops! We parked at the regency car park which was a 10 min walk. Bernd is an amazing host who is polite quick to reply and very helpful clearly a seasoned holiday let agent. He accommodated the change of location due to my disability. The 1st floor apartment space had a nice kitchen and the host has supplied everyone one would need. The living space was lovely small sofa and a chair with foot rest. Lovely table under the window. Bedroom on the otherside of kitchen Lots of plug sockets in the bedroom And decent lighting. Shower is amazing!!!!!! Hot multi nozzles. The apartment is very safe, and that is very important to me. Also Bernd provides access to an amazing spa bath upstairs which is definitely worth checking out.

To advise other people with mobility issues the littler western 1st floor flat was really unsuitable for my needs. The entrance hall is very small and I couldn't get mt wheelchair in the door. The stairs where ok carpeted and had a decent handrail, there was a very very odd smell up the stairs and hall way. There was some damage to one of the window blinds and one wouldn't open, there is a large unit which has mirror on it doesn't open or do anything and takes up unnecessary space. There is no instructions on how to use the coffee machine so didn't want to break it by using it. TV has minimal channels no Netflix. The bedroom door doesn't shut as the door doesn't seem to fit. The bathroom is located right next to the bed so I hope you and your companion are quite comfortable with one another. The bed is very wobbly the whole frame shifts if you attempt to roll over. Now I'm a size 16 so slightly larger the bathroom is tiny I knocked the loo roll everytime I sat down and cut my hand on the loo roll holder pulling my trousers down thanks to its location. The towels are kept above the toilet which really isn't hygienic. Skink is very small. There are two other flats one above one below be aware as one of the other guests cooked some toast around 9am and set of there smoke alarm and apparently they are all connected and we couldn't turn it of so very loud but nice to know they work let us look on the bright side. Obviously this is my personal opinion and we all have different needs, would I return yes absolutely because its run by a brilliant host and the flat has everything you need.

the room was comfy clean and cute. Amazing central location just a short walk to the beach and local ameneties. Our host was very kind and helpful suggesting activities in the local area also following up with us after we left to check if we had a good time :)

Fantastic location for both the beach and shopping

Great location for everything in Brighton. Lovely extra touches like all the games and welcome basket was a nice touch. The spa bath was an excellent addition and was lovely and relaxing. Hosts Bernd and Charlie were fantastic and responded quickly to any queries. Amazing stay and looking forward to staying again in the future.

Lnot suitable for families

Location is ok.

Very small. Ended up with a black eye where I got up in the night and hit my face off a hanging basket right above my head.

Memorable and very comfy! Great to meet the hosts, very kind and warm people.

The hosts were really accommodating and friendly. They have agreed that we can check in early. It was a big help for our family since we just came from Qatar. We stayed in the property for two weeks, the amenities and facilities inside the property were a big help to us, the kitchen and stuff, laundry washer and dish washer! I was convinced by the host that it is more efficient and saves more water and energy :) My kids loved the board games and books. They provided us milk for the my kid on the first day. We were also amazed at how quick they responded to our needs, they changed the TV into a smart one so we can watch Youtube and netflix! Great location, very kind hosts and a comfy place we called home for two weeks in Brighton :)

Bed cover and sheets were torn and dirty, this was the worst studio I ever stayed.

Not worth the value. I will not recommend it to anybody. I can find a nearby location with much better quality and cheaper place.

Cute and cozy for couples!

The room is slightly on the smaller side, but if you are anything like us you'll be out the majority of the time! The bed was suuuuper comfy and is a really unique bunk bed style. The LED lights are so fun! The bathroom is clean and has a lot of space to move around in. The whole vibe of the studio is very modern. It has everything you could possibly need, a TV, en-suite, sofa, kitchen, and KARAOKE MACHINE!!! We didn’t get chance to use the hot tub but it looked insane and I’d 100% give it a try! As for the hosts Bernd was so lovely! I honestly can’t praise him enough he is so warm and welcoming and he’s such a credit to the place!

The only downside is that one of the neighbours in the other apartments loves to give a live performance religiously at 8am, however we found this fine as it’s really funny and honestly props to her 😂

Things that help us have a perfect time.

Dart board, snooker table, shower, dish washer, bath/ sauna if that's what you like. The fact that there was some cleaning items to help..... i.e dish washer tablets available to use. Milk in fridge, toilet paper..even thou I took some of my own this was great and thoughtfull. All the lovely lights on cooler, kitchen and sitting area made it a lovely romantic setting.

Bed was not that comfortable ended up sleeping on chair/futon, which we were happy with.

Exceptional

Lovely flat in a great location, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and to the centre of town. The hosts were very friendly and enthusiastic when we met them to collect the keys. Flat was super clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay plus a very fun steam shower!

Nothing, the stay was great as is. Wish I could have stayed longer and I will definitley be staying here again on my next trip!

The room was definitely not 344 feet² very small for 3 adults. The TV in the room was not working. They can only return the deposit to the UK bank account.

Location location location

The properties location was absolutely superb, literally a stones throw from the beach, right in the city centre nothing you could or would want to change, the hosts were very friendly and nothing was any trouble.

I don’t want to moan about anything but maybe a lick of paint and a freshen up as a little dated but nothing that would stop you having an amazing time, highly recommend and will be returning for sure.

Good location. Host was friendly. Very quirky apartment with the kitchen inside a cupboard. Very small manouvering space though (eg had to squeeze between a table and the 'kitchen' cupboard to get to the bathroom which had such a low ceiling my partner struggled to stand to wee 😆 the table would need to be moved out the room for anyone over a size 8 to squeeze through to get to the bathroom

A family live in the apartment underneath and she plays very loud music from 6am. We went to Brighton for a child free weekend and to be able to enjoy the nightlife then have a lie-in. Unfortunately we had to forfeit our second night out as we just hadn't had a chance for any sleep.

Best Hotel, best owners, best facilities on offer in Brighton

This is the best hotel I stayed at. Facilities such as: Flexible check in and check out, Spa, ensuite bathroom Most comfortable and funky bed I've ever seen Ensuite kitchen facilities Sofa Bed But the best part is, the owners are humble humans. They care about what you require and fix any problems if there are any. I have been a long traveller now and probably this is the best pair of owners I have ever met. I 100% recommend this place. It is a 15 minute walk, no noise from clubbers in the evening and a 5 minute walk to beach.
