El lugar ideal para una escapada romántica, incluso dan ganas de quedarse a vivir en Tivoli

Se nota mucho que a Giovanni y su esposa les gusta lo que hacen, ponen mucha dedicación, atención y detalle a todo. Nos dejaban todos los días una cápsula de café por persona para tomar, la heladera funciona de 10, está excelentemente ubicado. No tengo más que buenas referencias. Giovanni siempre atento a todo lo que necesitabamos

Cozy great location

Great location could walk to Gregoriana and d'Este, friendly check-in, simple but nice breakfast option in the room.

Shower didn't have warm water, but thought it was too late to contact them about it so I'm not sure if we just did something wrong.

Our stay at La Mensa made us feel more like locals than tourists, and we loved it!

The location was ideal, right in the heart of adorable Tivoli and within a short of everything, including restaurants and Villa Este. Our room was charming and cozy, in a historic structure that was loaded with character. Some of the features that stood out most were the high ceiling and the marble staircase.

The room was very small for two people, but it was adequate for a two-night stay

The Double Room with Private Bathroom is an interesting room with a very high ceiling, on the top floor of an old house full of character, located near the center of Tivoli. Breakfast is provided in the room. The room and the bathroom were nice and clean, and there's a good air conditioner in the room. We liked the roof-top terrace. Giovanni is a very friendly, helpful host. He seems to know everyone in the neighborhood, and introduced us to them as he helped us to bring our bags up from the car when we arrived.

Things to be aware of, not all negative: Parking was about a 7-minute walk from the house, down the twisty narrow streets, and Giovanni was nice enough to meet us so he could guide us to the parking spot and help us with our bags. There are three steep flights of stairs to get to the room. Based on the Booking.com description, we thought there would be a kitchen, because the property description says "The studio also includes a kitchen." However, we didn't pay attention to the fact that we were booking the double bedroom, which only had a small fridge, and a kettle, a coffee machine and a milk steamer/frother, on top of the fridge. There was also a toaster on a shelf. There's a small table, with 2 stools, where the breakfast items were left in a basket. Two sandwiches with a slice of ham and one of cheese were left for us, wrapped in plastic, in the fridge, as well as milk, orange juice, yogurt and bottles of water. The (plastic wrapped) breakfast rolls and other food were replenished each day at 10am. There is no closet or drawers for clothing, only a free-standing rack with hangers and two shelves at the bottom for suitcases, which you can see in some of the photos. We were only there for two nights and didn't unpack our bags at all.

With a very friendly host and nicely located in historic centre of town opposite the dome and with a very nice rooftop terrace. Room was good and quite. The breakfast is do-it-yourself in the room but the products have been o.k. for that.

Tea and coffee making facilities were good. Quiet location except for birds in the eaves. In historical location with good view from window.

Would have been useful to have details of cafes nearby as not many open at the beginning of the week. Bathroom bit primative with exposed wires. We had to leave suitcases at local cafe on last day, which was a bit disconcerting

Great B&B near town center!!

A wonderful B&B! The room included a small kitchen and laudry equipment. The beds are comfortable and the parking is very close by too. It is very close to the major sites in the city. Enjoyed my stay.

Nice studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood

The apartment was very clean and the bed super comfortable. Our host left a variety of things for breakfast that were tasty.

Wasn’t as close to restaurants as we thought, but in a very quiet local area.

A nice and clean room in the middle of the sights in the Old Town of Tivoli

Lovely and very clean room with bathroom in a great location in a historic house. Breakfast and views can be enjoyed on the terrace. Good wifi. Owner Giovanni is very helpful and shares many recommendations. There is a very good restaurant in the same house.

Amazing!

Beyond my expactations! Nice and helpful owner, beautiful place with the terrace facing the square and church. do-it-yourself breakfast with all that may be needed (even prepared if you want cappuccino). Really quiet room in an old building made this stay the most comfortable one during the trip. Choose it if you want to feel the Tivoli vibe. PS check out the restaurant downstairs! Tivoli was an amazing place to visit and our accommodations couldn’t have been better.

perfect location; wonderful host; exceptionally clean; very well furnished and everything you would possibly need for a stay. this property is in the central historic center and close to all major attractions. Sad to see our stay come to an end. we would highly recommend.

The local gardens are wonderful as is just walking around the town. definitely recommend

we loved the location and views from the roof terrace and the over all feel of an ancient building. the restaurant below was a bonus.

the mattress worn a bit worn on one side and toilet lid would not stay up. still loved it
