We had such a lovely stay at Mensa Ponderaria, and Giovanni was truly an exceptional host!
From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly kind and welcoming. He met us at the parking area and had even secured a parking spot for us with his own car, which was such a thoughtful gesture. He then helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room.
The room was very clean and had already been cooled down with the AC before our arrival — such a nice touch considering the heat! Everything we could possibly need was there: water, coffee, tea, disposable toothbrushes, hygiene kits, and even slippers. You can really see the attention given to making guests feel comfortable.
Giovanni also gave us plenty of recommendations for places to visit around Tivoli. The next day, I realized I had forgotten a few things in the room, and he gladly came back to give me access. He even took the time to show us some beautiful spots around the city.
Giovanni is such a lovely and genuinely kind person, always with a big smile on his face. Life would be much easier if we only had to deal with people like him on a daily basis! 😊

The only small point I would mention is that the bed was a little too firm for my personal taste, but aside from that, everything was perfect.

The host was extremely helpful. The apartment was clean and well decorated. The location was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Fabulous location right in the middle of old Tivoli. Giovanni was wonderful, communicating promptly and going out of his way to help us with finding parking and restarants. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.
