Lovely spot - would stay here again and would recommend.

The property is lovely - the views are incredible! We stayed in the 3 br apartment, which was comprised of two floors - each only accessible by outside. We were a family of four traveling with two children ages 11 and 12. There are lots of stairs as the other reviews say, although they are easy to navigate if you are in basic shape (would be hard for those with limited mobility). The apartment is situated high up above Positano in Nocelle - it’s a 3 min walk to the bus stop (small local bus connecting the towns going up from Positano to Nocelle). The bus comes frequently (every hour most of the day and 2x/hour a few times a day) and was easy to use, although always crowded (takes about 45 min to get down on the bus most of the day due to traffic - would say 20-25 at low traffic times). We took it up from Positano a few times as well, and also did a taxi up one night as we didn’t want to wait on the bus after a long day. You can also hike down to Positano, although we didn’t do it - we should have - believe it’s about a 40 - 1 hr walk down. It’s quiet and beautiful views. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (one was closed for remodeling), one where we enjoyed a good dinner, and one was a sandwich place serving lots of hungry hikers coming off the path of the gods with excellent sandwiches and a mini-mart where you can get the basics. We also ate down in Positano a few nights following the day’s activities (whether in Capri, Sorrento, etc.) before heading back up. Angelica was very sweet and available to help ensure our arrival was smooth and to help with restaurant reservations and Pietro was very nice and helpful getting us settled in, helping with luggage, mini-mart and bus info.

would recommend to stay views are amazing.

Property was wonderful. it was so quite and peaceful. If you like hiking there are trails close to this location. The bus it’s just a few steps away to take you down to the city. Host was wonderful.

A perfect retreat away from the hustle of Positano

Beautifully laid out property with stunning views. The hot tub was perfect. The evening thunderstorms over the Bay of Naples were dramatic. Loved the community of Nocelle, 3 very different places to eat, all very good. Our host, Angelica, was super helpful but special mention for Pietro - he is worth his weight in gold!

spacious beautiful property with amazing views. the hot tub ( cool and refreshing in summer was wonderful and such a treat) we stayed in the 2 bedroom villa.

We had a wonderful stay at Ville Olimpo. We were a group of 10 and all fit between the two houses nicely. Francesca was amazingly helpful and responsive with arranging transport, covid testing, and more. Pietro was extremely friendly and helpful with luggage, sharing local fruits, and helping around the property. The villa is in a great location at the top of Nocelle right near the bus stop and close to several great restaurants (we loved Rifugio de Mele right around the corner). There are steps throughout the property which were a bit challenging for some family members so I would recommend staying the the 3-bedroom house at the top if stairs may be an issue since it is closer to the bus stop. Overall I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a unique, beautiful place to stay on the Amalfi Coast

PERFECT

Beautiful villa with the most spectacular views over Positano, amazing pools. Worth the stairs!! The host Angelica and the groundskeeper Pietro were AMAZING!! Because of the villa being remote, we WhatsApped Angelica and she filled our kitchens with a supermarket order prior to arrival for our group of 12; we had a pizza making class in the villa, Pietro picked fresh vegetables from the garden for us and helped with suitcases... it was a perfect stay. THANK YOU ville olimpo!!

Remote village with only one small shop open a few hours a day. About 30 minutes from Positano, be prepared to take a packed bus (€1.80) or taxi (€40). Lots of stairs in this six-level villa.

The property as such is excellent, well done and comfy, the view out of this world, the pool really ads! Mr. Pietro very helpful, diligent and cheerful!

It would be much better to tell the people EXACTLY how far from the beach it is, how difficult the qccess to de Villa is….the parking, etc. Not too fair to twist the facts!!!

Superb

Amazing villa with the best view over the bay and positano. Nocelle is a beautiful little village with three great restaurants (La Tagliata a short drive) and the best lemon bar. Don’t miss the little kiosk on the end of path of the goods. The private pool is overlooking the bay and is shadowed by a olive tree. Stunning!

A lot of stairs in the village and in the villa so not the best for elderly or with strollers.

Superb

The villa truly has the best view of Positano and surrounding mountains. It is very spacious with 4 levels of open space for wondering/socialising and a very nice pool with shower and toilet facilities. Angelica, our host, was extremely helpful and very responsive on WhatsApp - from shopping to ordering taxis for our group and greeting us upon arrival in the middle of the night.

Beautiful villa with pool, ocean views, in the mountains with wood fire pizza oven

Absolutely incredible villa, we didn’t even need to leave the house because it was so beautiful relaxing there by the pool and cooking pizza in the wood fire oven. The area it’s in is a very cute little village in the hills of Positano, very quiet away from the touristy areas. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The restaurant close by is delicious and great value. Cannot recommend this place highly enough - a must visit!
