We had a great time at Jens place. Nice view, peaceful and all you need for a comfortable stay. Jens was a great host, instantly responded to questions we had; easy check in and out. We will be back that is for sure.

I think the house was designed with Feng Shui in mind, as it's so comfortable and soothing. The studio rooms are so carefully designed, and everyone's needs are within one open space. The bathtubs are some of the best in CT - you can lie in a hot bath and look out to the mountains and down at Hout Bay valley and watch the sunset. And then sit on your private terrace and have a braai and sip a cocktail. There are only three studios, ideal for long-term stays in a beautiful, quiet, tranquil location. The overall design of the house is an eccontric mix of antique and modern pieces of furniture. Really a special spot!
You need a car or uber here. You can walk down the mountain into town, but not back up, its too steep! Plus if your suitcase is heavy, you must be able to carry it up stairs into the guest floor of the house ( the owner lives above)

Personal touch with a hand written note and bottle of beautiful red wine.
Thoughtfully equipped.
Bath/shower water was not hot enough(might be a personal liking) and just add a frying pan to the kitchenette🙂
