Great location, within walking distance to USM. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hot water worked well with good water pressure. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay and a good choice for anyone visiting USM.
The TV has very limited channels, and there is no Netflix available. The room also has poor soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep. I could clearly hear noise from other rooms, including the sound of toilets being flushed, which disturbed my sleep during the night. Better soundproofing would significantly improve the overall stay.

Location and comfort
We came during Penang Hungry Ghost festival, so there was live performance across the road from the hotel which was very loud and lasted till midnight
