First of all, the reception staff is always there to help, especially Ms. Tatiana, who is always very nice and helpful. Many congratulations to the Executive Chef and the other chefs who manage a diverse, international team and achieve excellent results with many delicious dishes. (Although, occasionally, some dishes were poorly executed, which is clearly a failure of certain cooks to prepare them properly). One cook who consistently delivered delicious food in front of us was Rakibul. He outperformed expectations at the live cooking stations and truly deserves a promotion so he can guide the rest of the team.
The waterpark and some other parts of the hotel require renovation.

Not clean. Old facilities. Not very good food. Numerous safety concerns. Not the best service (slow and sometimes not responsive).
