The location within Todi could not be better! We were steps from the historic Piazza. The room was exactly as we expected, with a 180 degree sweeping view of the surrounding valley.

We love the style and the look of this place. The attention to details and decoration is remarkable
The property is advertised as with air conditioning. Unfortunately, there was only a portable unit in our room with a tube going out of the window. This implies that you have to keep the window open and when it is 40 degrees outside this does not work well. Furthermore, the unit was very loud and with the curtain open you cannot pull down the curtain. In the end the sleep was not comfortable nor enjoyable.
Which is a pity because both the place and the key are very nice.
