They were very warming and patient. Waited for my arrival for 4hrs and transported me to the hotel and back to the airport despite the numerous delays by British Airways
I think they can do more with cleaning especially the limescales in their bathrooms

Very spacious room for 2. Excellent beds but very very hard pillows
Not too fond of the downstairs buffet dinner but breakfast better.

Breakfast was excellent. Although the location is right next to the airport, it was still convenient to have the shuttle collect us and take us back to the airport for our flight to Kumasi.
The stuff was really polite and always helpful.
