Loved the location right on the beach. The security was strong, the staff friendly and the food was excellent. The all inclusive was and excellent deal. Especially enjoyed Fellini and Cilantro.

The cleaning staff was great, the deli staff was kind. The quiet courtyard outside the deli was actually my favorite spot in the whole place.
The beds are old and uncomfortable, everything is dated and yet very expensive (San Francisco prices, or sometimes even more!), the restaurants are packed all the time and the food is mediocre, the beach is full of vendors trying to sell you stuff, the pool is loud and crowded, you have to pay $60/week for wifi, there was loud construction next door, the spa was insanely priced, there was generally not much to do around besides eat/drink/pool, you could hear your neighbors in the next room, there are very few outlets in the room, we got sick after drinking the water... this was overall not a great trip.
