Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub

Angefangen vom netten empfang und der tollen Lage bis hin zum tollen zuvorkommenden Personal und zu guter letzt das überragende Frühstück,kann man nur volle Punktzahl geben!!!

Komme gerne wieder, vor allem bei Sonnenschein.

Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber, bequeme Matratze und Kopfkissen - nicht durchgelegen sehr leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage an der Promenade - mittendrin

bei offenem Fenster schlafen geht, wenn man das Stimmengewirr von der Promenade und die Kirchenglocke ausblendet, wer einen Hotelparkplatz ergattert, sollte ihn nie mehr verlassen

Zimmer war gut, Lage super

Frühstück war gut, Raum müsste etwas anderes gestaltet werden, so dass man etwas geschützt sitzen kann, fühlt sich etwas beobachtet, Teller abräumen ist gut, fühlt sich aber etwas überwacht wenn der Teller 10 s später gleich abgeräumt wird und das Personal hoch und runter läuft, könnte man durch Sitzecken etwas besser gestalten

Nice and clean. The off season price in December was of course nice too.

Skeeping town in the winter. The christmas market was smaller than expected. Just for the locals.

Troublesome

The hotel is in a super location, the staff in general are very friendly and service minded and breakfast is superb.

We travel with a fully electric car, and had checked in writing and verbally that the hotel had charging for an EV. When we arrived the chargers were blocked by a diesel Mercedes and two hybrids that were not charging. These cars blocking the charging was vividly defended by the reception staff. The same cars were also there in the morning, and I ended up driving 2,5km to a charging point. Waiting an hour for the faster charger to be available. Walking back to the hotel for breakfast while the car was charging, and walking the 2,5km back to the charging to pick up the car. It is beyond me that the reception staff continued to defend their way of operating, and there was not the slightest indication of an apology.

Extremely clean, very luminous, excellent decoration and quality of materials, furnishings, etc, attention to details. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast.

Easy to find, nice clean modern hotel, staff made lots of effort. Good breakfast. My second stay here in the last few years and if I need to return to this area I'll be back!

Covid local authority form was only in German, a little slip of paper to explain what it says (I still don't really know!) in another language (not necessarily English) would be good as even with google translate it didn't really make sense!

This is the first but certainly not the last time that we will stay at the MeereszeitenHafen hotel,

The staff at reception all spoke good English and were very helpful with the car parking. The breakfast was exceptionally well presented. The hotel management had researched my birthday, and a card and gift was waiting at the breakfast table. A most pleasant and happy surprise. A short 5 minute walk took us to the Seestern Fish restaurant as recomended by the hotel, really good quality fish and cuisine.

There was nothing that was significant at all.

Fine stay, good comfort - friendly and professional staff.

Super professional reception. Good information from the smiling and welcoming staff. Very serious about Covid-19 and careful with cleaning. The room was perfect and the breakfast was unique. The location of the hotel is really good and you are close to everything.

There was a coffee machine in the room, but you had to buy the coffee capsules at the reception. There should be coffee capsules in the room included. (However, it is a 4 star hotel!) It's not about the price - it's just good style that there is the possibility of coffee/tea in the room. There was a ferriswheel just outside the hotel that made a noise - a constant humming sound. Really annoying when you want to sit and relax on the balcony.
