The location is near the Morjim beach, Breakfast menu and the way they treat their guests is awesome. The room is spacious enough for a small family. All facilities are provided for the guests. The swimming pool is ice over the cake.

Breakfast service was poor. Asked for a plain omelette and had to send back 3 times to get it right

Breakfast was worst, rooms didn’t have facilities. AC remote wasn’t working, TV remote wasn’t provided, no hair drier and toiletries were provided. Room was stinking with cigarette smell.
