I had a wonderful stay at AMERON Davos Swiss Mountain Resort. The hotel was exceptionally clean, not only in the rooms but throughout the entire property. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained, making for a relaxing stay. The private balcony offered a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options to suit different tastes. The staff at both the breakfast restaurant and the reception were professional, welcoming, and always happy to help.
What stood out the most was the housekeeping team. Their kindness, flexibility, and genuinely positive attitude made a lasting impression. They always greeted guests with a smile and were eager to ensure everything was perfect.
The hotel offers several complimentary services that added great value to the stay. A particularly appreciated benefit was the complimentary Davos Premium Card, which could be used for public transportation and provided discounts at various tourist attractions, making it easy and economical to explore the area.
The wellness facilities are another highlight. The swimming pool and gym are excellent and well maintained. Although we didn't have the opportunity to use the spa, it looked very inviting and left a very positive impression.
Overall, this is an outstanding hotel with excellent facilities, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Davos.
There were only a few minor drawbacks. The rooms can become a bit warm during the summer, as the air conditioning is somewhat limited. Parking is available on-site but comes at an additional cost. The hotel is also a short walk from the town center rather than being located right in the center, although public transportation is convenient and the walk is pleasant.

Excellent location in the heart of Davos, with easy access to the town and the surrounding mountains. The hotel is modern, very clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities. The spa and wellness area, including the indoor pool and sauna, were particularly enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming.
Nothing significant to mention. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and the hotel met our expectations.

- reception staffs were amazing and tried to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable
- kitchen staffs also went above and beyond when I informed them about my vegetarian diet preference and cooked me veg breakfast
- room size and design was good
- location was great - few mins from bus stop, train station and Davos platz
- good facilities - swimming pool and spa
- beds were not very comfortable
- cleaning services needs improving - we found someone’s dirty socks and used tissue paper under the sofa
- breakfast could already include some warm/cooked veg options

The central location in Davos Dorf as well as the relative modern and new facilities represent the key USP of this property. Rooms are comfy, warm and quiet, despite the hotel being located at proximity from the main streets.
The spa & fitness is also a nice add-on after a whole day spent outdoors on the slopes.
The room prices are extremely jacked up vs the quality of the guest services and available features at the property. There are clearly not enough staff and the vast majority of them are very young and inexperienced. Surprise, we found out upon arrival that one of the property restaurants (the Cervolino) was closed during our visit as there weren't enough staff to operate it (no information about this on the hotel website). The other italian restaurant (Bacio della Mamma) was fully booked and the only in-house alternative was a very limited room service menu featuring the standard unhealthy club sandwich, burger, fries etc. fare. On top of this the hotel added a fee for in-room delivery service apparently justified by the lack of staff, and we got food poisoning that evening.
The hotel parking was full, and we got told to park our car in the parking of a nearby supermarket (!) which was about 15' away from the property and super inconvenient and dangerous when you have to carry bags and suitcases to the hotel and roads are completely frozen and slippery.
Overall not worth the price tag, at those rates and inexistent service, rather rent a luxury AirBNB in the area.
