Nice hotel overall. Great food.
Being so close to the airport rooms should have double windows to stop the noise from trains and airplanes. Very loud at times.
Expensive breakfast but great options on the buffet.

The facility itself was very nice.
I didn’t like that it was a little hidden, I arrived late and going into that dark terrain street was a little nerve wracking. There was a party the night we arrived and it was loud and scary. I heard men screaming and singing listening to music very loud. With the insecurities that you hear of in Mexico it can be scary arriving so late and hearing men scream. I could not figure out the hot tub, there needs to be instructions. If there were any I didn’t find them. When I turned the water on the water came out dirty and very cold. It took me a little to figure out the shower for warm water but I got it, thank God! The facility was beautiful, they just need to get the room amenities up to par.
