A warm welcome, assisted by changing room as lift not working. Excellent location for stadium, underground and restaurants, lovely hotel but going through referb. Definite bookable on site parking. Breakfast cooked to order, comfortable room, would recommend and stay again

Room was clean
Had to go up the stairs as lift not working ( I'm disabled)but luckily only on first floor.
Only 1 saucer in room and no teaspoon

Good location for show at Wembley stadium. Friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable.
The rear door on the mezzanine floor out to the car park area was open all the time - including overnight. I reported this to reception and was told it was monitored on cctv but I didn’t feel safe as my room was close by - it seemed possible that anyone could enter without staff noticing.
Also the bolt lock on my room didn’t work - I put chairs at the door at night time. I reported this to reception in the morning and they said they would check it immediately.

The room was comfortable and the TV was good. Only booked it for the location, walking distance to Webley Stadium.
The lift was not working so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs to the 3rd floor. there was no staff to help us. There was no bar, and the vending machine downstairs only accepted cash. The breakfast was not very nice, it tasted like old grease. The coffee machine downstairs was not working, so had to drink lukewarm filter coffee.
