Very nice hotel and big rooms. Clean pool.
Lots of bed bugs! Cold shower which they couldn’t fix. Staff no English whatsoever. Rented a bike from hotel with a flat tire which went completely flat on our drive which left us stranded. Could have been checked beforehand.

All good. Tuyet gave us mangoes for free. She was very kind. James was also nice. Good place, feels like a forest and relaxing with pool. Check if the room is ac or not, some people didn't check and booked it, later they were complaining and requesting to upgrade. So read before you book it. There is a beach close to it, best beach with resorts. Also can take bus to vin world etc and airport nearby in town.

We liked the fact that it’s intimate - there are only a few rooms. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is great value for money especially on Phu Quoc.
The place was undergoing some renovations. Our private bungalow had bathroom issues so we were put in another room and the acoustic isolation was really bad - we could hear the couple next door talk.
Keep in mind that the pictures have been taken some time ago.
