The staff were so friendly and helpful, always something to do. The food trucks were great for easy dinners.

The pool and waterslides were great. Atmosphere of the park was very good, the animal feeding was good, mini golf was good.
Our v=cabin number 40 was a bit dirty, the toilet was stained black and our couch definitely had bugs. We only got little bites when we sat on it. The construction was not ideal but understand there is no way around it, maybe more transparency to customers.

All the little details set up for families - air fryer in the kitchen, so many activities for kids.
Facilities a little outdated, bathroom had a slight smell to it but all in all was a great stay. And obviously things are being updated at the moment so cant wait to see it all done.

Great for kids, nothing like staying somewhere where everything for kids is all there, Bonus slushies to buy on reception but very expensive
Could not get tv to work. Unfortunately by the time we turned the tv on it was real late at night and logged into someone’s Netflix account and couldn’t get out of it to watch anything. Looked forward to laying in bed when kids went to sleep and watching a movie but did not get to, internet connect was also slow.
It was burger night and unfortunately my burger wasn’t great, meat Pattie’s were dry and hard, and bread was crusty. Spent a lot of money and wasted my food. Kids loved their burgers and food tho.
Trundle bed for my son wasn’t that clean very dusty underneath trigger bad allergies in him and making him quiet unwell through the night.
