The room was small, but clean and had everything you needed. There is plenty of parking. We didnt have breakfast. It has self check in which meant we didnt meet any staff.
We found it was difficult to find. When we rang for instructions no one was available and one of the voice mail boxes was full. We did eventually find it and were contacted by one of the owners shortly after.

Excellent value and location. Loved the tea and coffee tray with biscuits. Water bottles in fridge a nice touch . Great to be able to park outside. The on site cafe was great also .would definitely choose you first if visiting the area again. Also loved the no fuss check in and out .

Fantastic location for an overnighter on the way up to Scotland. Facilities are well provided and very clean.
Parking right next to room, lovely cafe next to for breakfast and a great pub a short walk away for a drink and a meal.
Excellent value for money.

Very cosy and clean room
Hadn’t realised it was single beds, as it was a trip away for our anniversary so not well planned 🤣
Great that we could just walk over to the restaurant and get a lovely breakfast the following morning
The shower was not very powerful and not very high, as my husband is over 6 foot and struggled to get wet !! Also disappointed that the restaurant close by was not offering evening meals on a weekend.
