The property felt like decent value for money and the room was very well kept and clean.
It was very hot in the room and the bed/ pillows weren’t very comfortable. It was very warm in our room but too loud to have the window open.

At HotelF1, you can stay in Paris at an affordable rate. The hotel is within walking distance of Metro Line 13 and Av. Gabriel Péri, where there are several supermarkets. Check-in is quick and I always ask for a room at the quiet rear of the hotel. The rooms are approximately 10 m², of which the bathroom is about 1.5 m². They are clean and housekeeping comes daily. There is CCTV surveillance and a security guard at the entrance, which give you a sense of safety.

Affordable
Too compact space. Very very small space as compared to photo. Very noisy 5:00 to 6:00 in the morning from the drunk people after the club closes nearby and lots of car honking that early morning (weekend). Also no airco/fan available in that compact space.
