The New Inn

I had a lovely room which was big enough for 3. It was nice and clean.

As it was a pub, it was very noisy, even out in the street, so wouldn’t suit a young family. There were no disturbances after the pub closed. I would’ve liked breakfast to be in the price - I’m not sure if the price was for the room (which would’ve been good value for 3 without breakfast, but a bit high for 1 without breakfast)

It's a remote location but we knew that anyway. There is no shops around except for the next village which has another pub and a post office/local shop. We decided to go for a drive in the evening and ended up in Bala,the next town.Its a bit of an adventure driving there so we wouldn't want to do it too many times! Sadly we had booked two nights but had to cut short our trip after one night due to family issue (all good now)

I booked a triple room for me and my teenage son, thought it would give us a bit of space in the pub £120.00. when we got there we were given a double room above the cafe across the road, Research tells me these rooms are £80.00 a night. The landlord at the time assured me they were the same price.
