This is my usual go to hotel when work requires that I be in Chiba. Its right next to the keiyo line so can take you to Tokyo and back and has monorail access to take you to Chiba City proper.

The staff are very polite, friendly, and kind. The location is excellent—close to the train station, airport bus stop, coffee shops, and convenience stores. We also had no issues leaving our luggage after checkout while we did some sightseeing.
The facility is a bit old, so there’s some noticeable wear around the bathtub area.

Great entry and foyer!
Great expectations!
Sadly bedrooms were cramped.
Breakfast was not up to standard.
Pastries were stale, and no bread for toast, trays empty.
Coffee machine not working and the juice was also not working. 😥
