Aqua Village, Health Resort

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und das Frühstück war sehr lecker.Sie haben mir das Gym extra aufgesperrt, damit ich um 7 Uhr Sport machen konnte.

Isolamento acústico entre os quartos deixa a desejar. Ouvimos claramente os vizinhos de quarto a conversarem.

Desde a recepção dos funcionários, os quartos amplos, o cuidado de ter tudo preparado para receber uma criança, um bilhete de boas vindas feito à mão, as piscinas estavam com a água maravilhosa e o pequeno almoço espetacular.

Nada a apontar.

The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and the tub on the balcony was lovely. We appreciated having a gym (although it has no mirrors). The staff were pleasant and helpful. We were provided a terrific charcuterie board and wine as a welcome gift.

The other guests were mostly families with small children. They were in every pool area (including the spa pools), the bar and of course the restaurant. Diapers were changed on chaise lounges. Children’s music from electronics overpowered the background music in the restaurant during breakfast. One child was coughing on the food at the breakfast buffet. There is even a children’s bouncy house in the cinema. Of course, families are entitled to holiday stays. We were just surprised at the number of children at a spa/wellness resort. Their presence inhibited our use of the pool and spa areas and interfered with our efforts to focus on relaxation. We were happy that we had only booked one night. Also, the spa services were mediocre and not worth the price, even with 30% off with pre-booking. We do not think that the facials and massage we experienced were done at a professional level.
