Little Gem located in Sirolo

Amedeo (the owner) and his staff. The location, the parking, the comfort of the rooms, and the astonishing sea view.

Superb

Amedeo enjoys a joke, but takes running his guesthouse very seriously. The view from the terrace is arguably the best in Sirolo, and while cheaper options exist in the town, Sea View is hard to top for quality. They also make a special effort with breakfast and it was easily one of the best we had on our trip. Each room also has a small private terrace and a fridge regularly restocked with water. En suite bathroom was roomy and clean. The pool was out of action when we visited due to the recent storm, but is another asset normally. It is a short albeit steep walk to the municipal beach and nearby the ones further north. It is also right next to the main square in town and restaurants and amenities.

There really isn't anything to dislike. Parking may be a bit tight, but Amedeo carefully manages it.

Convenient location, friendly accommodating staff and stunning views of the coastline and beaches.

Breakfast was delightfully served overlooking the magnificent view of the coastline. The staff were the highlight of our stay...they were very attentive and accommodating and did their best to ensure that all our needs were met. They even provided us with access to a storage unit at the beach to store all our beach belongings during our stay. The property was situated close to the beach and also close to the centre of Sirolo so it was very convenient but without compromising the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

the place is perfect!. next to the beach with an incredible view! i could not recommend this place more. Amedeo was always there if we needed something. Breakfast was good : ) the center is full of great fish restaurants and bars for apperitivos with a great view. Great for couples vibes.

Fantastic place to stay!

The Owner is fantastic! I came late since I had been driving from France. I was then served a night-snack with a plate of a great selection of lovely fruits. The place has a unique view of the sea. My balcony felt very private. Breakfast was served with coffee of choice with fruits, croissant/sweet bread, cheese, ham, cereals etc. All what you could ever want👍A Big Plus; as it turns out, the Owner is a great Chef and made me taste his special dish of fried mussels👌Simply amazing this place! Highly recommended👍👍👍👍👍👍

Absolutely incredible hotel and staff.

The views were incredible and beat our expectations. The room was updated and large, and the terrace was incredible. We love this area, and this hotel provided us one of the best experiences thus far in Sirolo! Could not recommend the hotel, and its staff, more.

The entrance to the hotel is a little hidden was difficult to find the first day. That is the only negative experience we had with this hotel.

Amadeo and Lucia were great and super helpful. The B&B has a great view and location. Bit of a walk to the beach but worth it. Nice quite get away.

Just perfect

I liked everything, it was perfect for our needs. I am a practical person, and I found everything I needed in the room, plenty of space to place your stuff, hangs so you don't need to leave your stuff lying around, etc. Having said that, the rooms could benefit from a facelift, but that doesn't change anything at all because I absolutely loved the place, the terrace, the breakfast, the location and Amedeo is the perfect host. I would come back any time.
