Great location.
Online check in is a little clumsy but u can check in onsite with help available. The capsule is very warm in the middle of the night even with the fan on. I cracked the door open and then it was fine but not ideal. Only one toilet for 12 capsules.

The surcharge for. Leaving the luggage 4 hours after check out. Usually accomodations don’t do that

Automated door opening app was great, staff was very nice, all was perfectly clean and comfy
Maybe bathroom garbage could be taken out more often.

Location location location… and of course very nice and friendly staff
Capsule idea is not the best experience especially that is not so budget as it looks like. All extras you have to pay for it such as towel, tea or shower gel or even locker for your travel bag. Have to add that vent system was not working properly (very noisy all night long) either light were flashing and one of the 2 USB ports was not working . As a general hostel, capsules gives you a bit more privacy but nothing else. It’s just a hostel in a box! Maybe it’s good idea but with a bit bigger configuration as the other one in town.
