Die Lage war super und die Ruhe ebenfalls. Es ist total angenehm, dass „nur“ 5 Ferienwohnungen in dem Haus sind. Perfekt war, dass dort Hunde erlaubt sind.

L'appartamento fa parte di un piccolo Residence a conduzione familiare. L'alloggio è comodo, ampio, e funzionale. Situato in collina, è lontano dal traffico, in zona aperta; la terrazza, dotata di tavolo e sedie dove mangiare o fare colazione, si affaccia sulla vallata con una splendida visuale su colline e montagne circostanti. Situato nella Val Passiria, vicinissimo a Scena, che si raggiunge in mezz'ora di cammino, e a cinque minuti di macchina da Merano, Il Residence è in buona posizione per raggiungere altri posti affascinanti, ad esempio la Val Senales, o attraverso il Passo Giovo, l'alta Val d'Isarco e quindi Vipiteno. I Gestori, sono gentilissimi e premurosi pronti a risolvere qualunque imprevisto.
E' possibile ordinare pane, uova e latte freschi per la mattina.
L'appartamento nel periodo estivo è un po' caldo e se di giorno si sta in casa sarebbe comodo un climatizzatore. Tuttavia se l'intenzione è di fare trekking e passeggiate, durante il giorno si sta fuori casa, quindi il problema non sussiste; la sera tardi e la notte c'è un bel fresco rigenerante.
Non c'è l'ascensore, ma solo una scala a chiocciola per raggiungere gli appartamenti (1° e 2° piano), quindi è un po' scomodo (lo segnalo soprattutto per le persone che hanno difficoltà di deambulazione).
Attenzione le prese al muro sono del tipo shuco o con solo due poli.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist grandios. Die Lage zwischen den Apfelplantagen ist herrlich ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Am meisten hat uns überrascht, dass die Dauerkarte für das sehr schöne Schwimmbad (Lido) in Schenna im Preis inkludiert ist.

We really enjoyed our stay, there are many routes for walks close to the Residence. We highly recommend checking the pool in Schena (fantastic views and a nice relief during hot summer days). The hosts were very thoughtful (thanks for the clean towels that were provided in the middle of our stay!)
Summer nights tend to be very hot so an airconditioning might have been nice.
