The structure is very cool with beautiful views of the mountains (and many birds). Loved the covered outdoor space outside my room- your own small table, chairs and hammock. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the dogs were so sweet.
The room has AC and a ceiling fan.
The kitchen is sufficient although very very small, so I can’t imagine cooking with anyone else there.
Bathroom plumbing was a bit stinky. Shower was warm enough, unless you’re freezing (there were some cold rainy days while I was there when I was wishing for a hotter shower)

It was a cute room with everything needed inside. I liked the hammock on the outside. It was also really nice to have a shared kitchen and a fridge in the room.
We had some ants and other insects inside the flat.

-Cozy room with comfortable bed, reasonably spacious
-Extremely friendly staff
-Nice location - Quiet, in a more local area just a little bit uphill (not too far), but still close to tourist restaurants and bars
-At the price I paid, the best value in Abraão
-The kitchen is pretty well-equipped, but would get quite crowded with multiple groups preparing breakfast at the same time. It was often hard to even reach the sink to fill up my water bottle with the water filter.
-Wifi was very inconsistent - sometimes great, sometimes not. That's probably common in Ilha Grande, though.

The host is amazing! Very polite and helpful!
The apartment is way too expensive for how old the room is. The room is in constant humidity and could definitely take a lifting
