Lovely stay

Beautiful villa, everything you could need, nice and quiet and great location close to lots of cafes and restaurants. Staff were lovely and Komang was very welcoming

Overall, a disappointing stay due to poor maintenance, cleanliness, noise, and lack of privacy.

The hotel’s location is very close to the beach. The nearby restaurant, Sol’s, is affordable, clean, and nice. However, no breakfast is included with the stay unless you purchase the ingredients yourself and ask the housekeeper, Agung, to prepare it for you. There is also not much incentive to use the kitchen equipment provided.

The hotel is not well maintained and was not as clean as expected, with many surfaces feeling greasy. The property is in need of renovation, especially the bathroom. The air conditioner also makes noticeable noise during the night, which can disturb your sleep. Since the hotel is located on the main road, you can also hear motorcycles and cars passing by, as well as people laughing and talking loudly. Another concern is that both the gardener and the housekeeper have keys to the villas and may enter without prior permission, sometimes unexpectedly, whether you are present or away. This made me feel very uncomfortable and raised concerns about privacy and security.

The villa is spacious and beautiful as are the gardens. Very comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen.

The villa is located in a very busy laneway so there is a lot of noise from the passing cars/scooters and a lot of beeping horns.
