Wow! Everything was perfect! It's worth it! The hotel is very competitively priced and located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Perhentian Islands. The view from our chalet on the 3rd floor was incredible. The complimentary breakfast is generous, delicious, and changes daily. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink. The staff is attentive and very pleasant. You also can enjoy many sunbed for free and it’s rare on the island. I highly recommend it.

The view was incredible and the staff were friendly and worked hard. We had a minor issue on check in but the staff solved it. They also took our cases back to the jetty on check out too (we think they would have collected them too if we had arranged it). Breakfast was included which usually included a noodle dish, other hot dishes and always toast and waffles.
They have sun beds available (good seeing as they appear to occupy at least a quarter of Coral Bay beach) with two covered seating areas with sofas.
In the evening they showed a Netflix film, though we didn't watch ourselves. Generally the evenings and night times are very peaceful.
These are very minor dislikes.
There was a small leak under the bathroom sink. The room is a bit rustic, with a few bugs, but nothing bad and what we expected on this island at this price. There was an electronic insect repellent plugged in. Do remember you're next to the rainforest and sea.
Being of simple construction, the rooms lacked sound insulation from the next door room.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful location overlooking Coral Bay. Amazing sunsets.
Very expensive for what you get. Old, tired and worn out rooms with broken appliances. Ants everywhere. Peace and privacy depends on your neighbours, as the rooms are very close together.
