Situated in Franklin, this attractive condo for $316 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 1016 West Main features a recently renovated second floor apartment with a separate entrance and plenty of on-street parking in front of this historic home built in 1911. It features three bedrooms ( two with queen beds and one with twin beds) and two full bathrooms. Also included is a living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. Other amenities include satellite TV, high speed internet and a large balcony overlooking W. Main Street. A short five block walk will get you to the shops and restaurants of this charming Pre- Civil War town. Please note that we are in the Central Time Zone. Terrific location, can easily walk to the cute town of Franklin. Plenty of easy, free parking. VRBO was so roomy and cozy. Loved all the extra touches, wine, sodas, snacks, coffee, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked this property for our work trip so we would have a nice place to stay that was walking distance to the shops and restaurants in downtown Franklin. The house was comfortable spacious and clean, the hosts were very accommodating and informative. This was the perfect spot for us to unwind after a long day of work and I would stay here again!

What a perfect home in a perfect location for 2 sisters and husbands to meet from RI and AZ for a special vacation. The house was spacious and so beautifully appointed. We spent our days sightseeing...Nashville, Lynchburg, Leipers Fork....and what comfort welcomed us back to the King-Logan House in the quaint, charming town of Franklin. Our hosts Dave and Deen Logan were so gracious and always available to our needs and questions. There are not enough superlatives for me to adequately describe our wonderful stay. Thank goodness for good memories and pictures. And a special thank you to David and Deen for creating a most beautiful "home away from home" and for being such kind and friendly hosts to us all.

David met us at the property and gave us a tour. He was kind and helpful. The property was perfect. Beautiful grounds and lovely accommodations. Every detail has been thought of. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. All in all, the weekend was great fun with family.

This 3 bedroom apartment is a home away from home! It’s very spacious, clean , within walking distance to downtown and offers all the amenities you would need to make a proper meal ! Our host was wonderful, met us at check in and gave us wonderful local ideas and insight ! 10/10 Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful home. David was an amazing host! He and his wife have thought of everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We have nothing but good to say about our stay and hope to stay again on future trips.

We were in town for hockey which was cancelled but kept our trip and this house was perfect. Great location, quiet, comfy beds, good water pressure, lots of space. The photos don’t do it justice for how much room there is. Owners were welcoming and very helpful when we arrived. Parking is easy also. I would totally come back and stay at this property again.

Don’t let the word “apartment” dissuade you, this rental is like a home away from home. It’s charming, historic, roomy, and well stocked with every amenity you need!
Plus it’s located a few short walking blocks from downtown Franklin.
The owners, who couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming, decorated and stocked the rental as if you wanted to move in. Plus their communication is top notch, always available by text with an immediate response. Can’t say enough good about this lovely home or the owners! We will definitely be back!!

Spotless and well equipped with comfortable beds.. David was the best host we have ever dealt with- excellent communication, helpful with dining suggestions, and incredibly kind. We totally enjoyed our stay and we’re thankful to be staying out of Nashville.

Everything was great, but I didn’t pick up in the original listing that we were only renting the upstairs floor of a beautiful older home with outside stair access. It was difficult for older friends on the stairs, but very satisfied and would recommend the facility

They are a very short walking distance from downtown Franklin which we loved - morning and night walks were the best with the girls. This property is perfect for a get-away in Franklin, TN! David and Deen are genuinely kind, considerate, and hospitable hosts who go the extra mile to make sure your stay with them is nothing less than exceptional. The home is about a 10 minute walk to Main Street Franklin and some of the main Civil War attractions like Carter House and Lotz House so driving is not always necessary to go do some shopping, grab a bite to eat, or site see. Words cannot describe how pleased our group was with our stay and trip down to this Historic town. If we are ever back in the Franklin, TN area we will be staying with David and Deen again.

We stay in VRBO’s all the time and this one was the best by far! Right from the start David and Deen were there to greet us and made us feel welcome and at home. It was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in along with the beds being super comfortable. We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back and staying here soon!!!

It's an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Franklin from the property. And it's a short drive into Nashville. The owners were more than anyone could ask for. We had car trouble while we were there. The owner helped us find a great automotive service (Cody's) just a mile from us. They made time in their busy schedule to get our vehicle in and got it fixed in one day! We certainly met some wonderful, kind, and helpful people! Don't even hesitate to rent this property. You won't be disappointed.

This place is WONDERFUL!
We had three family couples from three different states gather here for four nights in June. It was a perfect place to stay for three couples. Deen was on top of everything...from communicating before we arrived, to showing us around when we arrived, to making us feel so comfortable. David and Deen have thought of everything to make the second floor of this house so comfortable. It felt like home. The location is perfect for walking a few blocks to downtown Franklin. There are so many beautiful older homes in this area and each one is so unique. We didn't use the kitchen for any meals, but I have no doubt that if we'd wanted to, we would have had everything we needed to do so. We made plenty of coffee and used both the electric pot and the Keurig. We brought some of our own coffee, but David and Deen also supplied coffee. It was very hot while we were in the area so we didn't stay out as much as we'd planned, but it didn't matter because we were able to comfortably hang out in the living room and just visit. I cannot say enough good about this place. I would definitely recommend it and we hope to stay here again. David and Deen...thank you for your gracious hospitality.

We loved our stay in Franklin. The place was great and had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed coffee on the front deck and it was an easy walk into Franklin to enjoy the shopping and food. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
