Excellent location in Cape town

My host was very efficient. I was a concerned about the check-in due to work and timings however, there was no hassles, and my host was available to check me in early as well. Close to the mall and restaurants.

The bedroom window did not close properly and on windy days there was a howling sound.

Our stay was unpleasant

Great amenities, especially the gym facility and the indoors swimming pool. The apartment was fully equipped and spacious. We felt safe as the place is access controlled with security at the gate and inside the building.

The couches were unclean, and the odour was unbearable. I am glad, we only booked 1 night at this apartment, and we didn't have to stay longer. If the couches were deep cleaned regularly, that would contribute significantly towards a pleasant stay and improve my rating.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Agnes’s ensured that our stay was wonderful, she was very helpful.

It’s very neat , luxurious and convenient to every facility you can think of.

There wasn’t any more towels and bathroom supplies.

Enjoyed the stay in a very good location. A bit more maintenance of the facility would have been a

Lady was friendly and accommodating. Good location.

Some of the facilities could be better. Bathroom light not working properly, toilet leaking and bedside lamp in spare bedroom not working. Also door lock and appearance of the door shabby for an expensive apartment. Stairways also dirty and unkempt.

Increíbles precio calidad apartamentos cerca de Ciudad del Cabo

Increíble el precio calidad de estos apartamentos, la ubicación en un lugar muy seguro cerca de Ciudad del Cabo y con unas instalaciones tanto dentro del apartamento como en los alrededores increíble.

La forma en que te reciben es un poco extraña pero después de entender como era el funcionamiento del lugar (seguridad a la entrada, etc) es entendible.

the indoor pool was out of order for repairs , we looked forward to using the pool , but it was bad timing for as the repair didnt take long

Spacious and Sparkling in the heart of Century City

Location was fabulous , spacious , clean! It is good value and walking distance to all amenities in Century city. Modern and quite glamorous

The R 1500 breakage deposit is inconvenient in that you cannot pay it via booking.com or by card on arrival, it has to be by bank EFT with proof sent 3 days before , which is a little analogue and adds " admin " to an otherwise seamless process. In fairness they return it very quickly after the stay thank you Mark, and they are highly responsive on booking.com messenger. The front door of the apartment needs repair it was hard to close if the team can look at that.

This accomodation is in need of a lot of maintenance work to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

The hostess, Agnes, was excellent in her communication with regards to helping me get to the property and assisting me with keys and check-in.

The state of the room was unacceptable. Even as a budget accommodation, the general appearance and functioning of the apartment is very bad. The curtains are almost impossible to open and close. The fixtures are in a state of disrepair. There was blue mould on the air vent in the first bathroom. The apartment's main door knob was broken and it made it difficult to enter and exit the apartment. The furniture looks tired and stained in general. Also, I have requested that my deposit be returned to me and I have received no answer. Deposits should be processed and paid back as quickly as possible and should not be left to the patron to beg for it.

Clean and quite premises, friendly security personnel. The agent was friendly and patient with us. The deposit transaction was hussle free

The check out time should be 12 as check in at 3pm. The time to check out is way early

Thank you Knightsbridge Apartments for an absolutely awesome stay.Will definitely be back soon but would like them to confirm next time that we will have two rooms seeing as we were 4 guests and not just one double room and a sleeper couch.Although the kids love the couch but from your security to your staff everything was superb!

Disappointed

Agnes was a lovely lady to deal with. She is a gem. She was helpful and responded promptly, no matter what time.

We could not hang up our towels or hand towels as the 'hooks' were broken. The toilets would not flush properly. The shower was blocked The floors were VERY grimy and dirty. We had to walk in socks as our feet were getting so dirty from the floor. The socks have been thrown away as they were black from the dirt on the floor. And that was just walking from shower to bed and then to the loo.
