Roberta and Tomasso are attentive and friendly. Breakfast is very good and the home- cooked evening meals are delicious.

Excellent location, ten minutes away from the beach. Very clean and comfortable rooms with super bathroom and private terrace

great farm stay, exceptional hosts, excellent food, made for a really enjoyable trip to Italy

Excellent food, nice room, loads of parking, very friendly hosts, very welcoming and made staying a pleasure. big room, clean and tidy, facilities all good. fast wifi, close enough to shops, tourism, beach, or train to rome if you wanted it. would happily go back if i'm ever in the area again.

there wasnt anything really to not like. room was a bit cold initially, but only until i realised the aircon unit had a heat mode which only needed to be on a short while. the worst thing...they possibly over fed me :)

incredible place and incredible hosts

Rooms were clean and large with a spacious bathroom. Roberta and Tomasso were incredible hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The restaurant food was amazing and home cooked. Loved staying there and would recommend others to stay there as well.

Colazione e cena: ottimo! Tutto fatto in casa. Cibi semplici ma cucinati bene e genuini. I proprietari SUPER GENTILI!!! Ero in moto e quindi ho apprezzato la possibilità di parcheggiare il mezzo di fronte l'entrata della mia camera. Posizione centrale e quindi comoda per raggiungere centro città come per andare in spiaggia al Lido di Tarquinia.
