We are just steps to the sand and 4 blocks to Main Street and the pier. The property is a quiet bungalow surrounded by cozy cottages and magnificent mansions. Fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated! This is a 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a trundle bed and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Includes 1 garage space with washer and dryer. This place was PERFECT. walking distance to town and the beach. I would def highly recommend this adorable quaint beach house. Quiet neighborhood. Had everything we wanted for a couple days to just breathe from a year or chaos. Not far from bigger fun crazy cities … I highly recommend going to Huntington Beach if you want big city and a peaople watching beach.

My son and I were in town for a family event and this little bungalow was absolutely perfect for us. My brother and his wife stayed in the other side of the duplex and we could not have been more pleased with the accommodation. Everything was very clean and the off-street parking was a bonus! We walked to coffee every morning and then down the pier. We enjoyed all the little shops and it was only a 5 minute drive to join the rest of our family. I will definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing and instructions on parking and accessing the house were a breeze. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Loved being so close to the beach and Main St. will definitely come again!

This is the cutest little place! My daughters loved it. So close to the beach and the garage was well stocked with all the things needed for a perfect beach day.

It was exactly like the pictures and as described. There was everything possible in the drawers and cupboards and garage. My grandsons loved the boogie boards, and the beach chairs and towels were used daily! I had a question about the parking permit for a guest, and Erica answered immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better 6 days. Others in my family rented the adjoining cottage and we sure had fun running back and forth and enjoying the patio together. We will definitely return.

The bungalow was supplied with everything we needed, just steps (literally) to the beach. And the shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, the pier, park, etc. etc. are all within walking distance! And the owner was very quick and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We love Seal Beach and this little cottage was perfect for our short stay. The heater in the bedroom was super helpful as it was in the 40's at night. We used the beach chairs, beach towels and the washer;/dryer. Everything we needed was provided by the host! Just a couple of comments that pertain to things that are mostly out of the host's control. We would have liked it if the berm was not there blocking the beach, but we knew there was a chance that might happen. Also, the party sharing the other half blocked the garage so we had to speak to them about that. They said they could not park on the pad because of the concrete "drop off" which would damage the front end of their car. We agreed that the drop off needs fixing--we would not have tried to park our car there because the front end is very low.

Seal Beach is a lovely quiet beachfront community and this cottage is just like home while we're there - this was our second visit. We cook most meals at "home" and this kitchen is well stocked with great grocery stores nearby and plenty of restaurants too. The back patio, garage and laundry (including baskets) lend to the overall comfort.
There were quests in the shared wall unit next door who had an infant but we could barely hear them. Overall a comfortable place to be.

The property was really close to the beach and the downtown shopping and dining area. We could walk everywhere. Cute town too. Family rented the other half of the unit and it was great for hanging out together. Loved that they had tissues everywhere and the good paper towels and T.P. :)
