This is a charming (700 square foot), single level one bedroom duplex, one bath, just steps to the sand and 4 blocks from Main Street and and the pier. This is a quiet bungalow surrounded by cozy cottages and magnificent mansions. Fully equipped with full kitchen, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Built-in kitchen 'nook' in dining area. This is a 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 queen sofa bed. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated with a touch of 'beach funk'! Includes one outdoor parking space. The property is a duplex and we have both units set up as vacation rentals. Check availability of other unit Vrbo #1664238. Seal Beach is located just 22 miles south of Los Angeles, at the northern end of Orange County. Visitors seeking the California dream of beach, sun and ocean need look no further. This property is everything we could have asked for and more for our small family of 3. We were just steps from the beach to take our 2 year old for her first time. Only 5 blocks from the town Main Street, pier and park. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable from every corner.

this adorable bungalow, was absolutely fabulous for our stay! It was clean, comfortable and right next to the beach. We had a wonderful time and felt very at home. We will definitely be coming back.

What a wonderful place! Made fun memories with my kids. Steps away from a clean beach with good waves for boogie boarding, life guards and a quaint downtown with great restaurants and unique shops. Nicely decorated, comfy beds and had everything we needed. Thin walls, heard talking from the neighbor unit. We didn’t mind, but I was a little paranoid we were too loud while they slept.

Overall, the property is lovely. Since this is an old house, there are things that need some attention related to the plumbing; for example, dripping faucet in the kitchen and slow moving drain in the bathroom. It appears to me that someone needs to be more carefully checking the condition of various parts of the house. Erica was very responsive when I pointed out problems but they couldn’t be addressed while we were there. We would stay there again but I might want someone I know to do a check before I made reservations.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. The home is clean and the location perfect. We had loud neighbours and the walls are thin though. Also, we were a bit surprised that we were required to clean our dishes and remove the trash before leaving.

Very cute duplex in a perfect location. Even though it’s a one bedroom the living space with the pull out bed in completely separate from the bedroom by a long hallway creating a two bedroom feel. There’s a parking spot and the ability to register guest cars. My only negative is that the walls and floors are shared with the other unit and you can hear literally everything from walking to sneezing. Noise doesn’t bother me though so I didn’t mind. TV set up couldn’t be easier. I LOVED the location just a couple blocks to main st with coffee shops and restaurants/bars and one row of houses back from the beach. Would definitely stay again!

What a cute apartment in the best part of California! Cozy and quiet neighborhood, the house had all the essentials and was a very close walk to the beach. My little family loved walking to downtown each morning for a coffee and breakfast. We cannot wait to come back to Erika’s place. She was so accommodating even when I tried to convince my husband to let us stay an extra day!

Great for my spouse and me and our 6 and 7 year olds! Clean and cozy! Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Just as advertised. Nice back patio and great parking. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. One minute walk to beach (if that) plus great supply of beach toys/supplies. Five minute walk to Seal Beach’s Main Street. We had a great time and it’s clear that the owners care about the property. Thanks for having us!

Very nice little place! One block from the beach (could hear waves from the bedroom at night, which was so nice) and just a few blocks from the pier and Main Street. My daughters slept in the living room on the fold out couch and my husband and I in the bedroom. We had a lovely stay!

Loved the location,could walk to beach and shopping! Lot’s of restaurants to choose from. Cottage was cozy and comfortable! Hope to make this home an annual trip!Owners helped me with parking passes and were very nice and prompt answering my calls!

I have stayed in Seal Beach twice a year and always with Erica. Traveling by myself I feel extremely safe in those neighborhoods. Its steps to the beach. Extremely clean. Everything you could need is provided. Erica even went the extra mile for me this last week when the airlines cancelled my flight and I had no place to stay. She dropped everything and did some networking. She and her cleaning people to get me into someone else's VRBO for the night. You cant ask for a better host.

The Beach is right there! 1/3 mile to the pier and Main Street with all my favorite restaurants. The home is adorable and has everything you could ever need! Instructions on parking and entering were spot on and easy to follow.
Would definitely recommend and come back !

This property is steps away from the beach and a few minutes walk to main street seal beach for shops and eating. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place was very quiet. We would stay again!

Nice place close to the beach
This was a really nice place to stay, especially if you just need a place to sleep and plan to be out and about most of the days, as it is a small unit. The description doesn’t do a great job letting you know that it’s a duplex, and the walls our paper thin! You can hear ever single said by the other tenants. It didn’t bother us though because we were out a lot, and there wasn’t a lot of people in the other place. I thought we were getting a house. If I would have read closer to the reviews I probably would not have booked it since I was looking for a single home.
But it was a nice clean place and close to the beach! Cheaper than other places I looked at that were that close to the beach! The managers were easy to get ahold of and responsive!
