The staff. The service and the quality
Having to ask for hot drinks, they were always available but I would prefer to make my own.

The hotel location and grounds were breathtaking. The breakfast service staff were very friendly. The selection available was fresh and well prepared. The reception team were knowledgeable and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. The beds and bathroom were to a high standard. Although, our room did not have a view being on the back of the hotel meant that it was cooler during the fierce morning and afternoon heat. There was a handy little fridge to store drinks, chocolate etc
Being British... It is not a tea drinking culture. You need to accept that coffee is king in Italy. They also did not restock the room with tea bags, but these are easily bought in local supermarkets, at most a 15 minute walk through the beautiful town. Or to embrace the many beautiful cafes and meeting places where you can buy fantastic coffees . If you really want a cup of tea with milk, there is also a fridge in the room to store it.
