Definitely would stay again, great value

Don't be put off by the appearance outside as when you enter it is completely different. It is clean and fresh with a small reception area on the ground floor, We had a room on the second floor which was lovely and clean and a good size with an en suite bathroom. Comfortable beds and really beautiful big towels which reminded me of a five star holiday resort and plenty of complimentary soaps . Outside the room was a comunual terrace area and some very nice views over the and accomodating and very nice staff, you would never know you were nearly in the centre of town close to restaurants añd shopping and the beautiful church Parking was off site in a lock up area just a few metres down the road( I am sure that you could have parked a little further away on the street) and was 7000 pesos for the night , Had to be careful with checking out from there on Sunday as they were only open from 7am till 11am, but the sign said that they were open till 11pm at night.

Bathroom was quite small especially for showering , and the water was not warm. Every few seconds there would be a little bit of warm water and then cold again No

Comfortable stay

Kevin was very helpful and nice. The place has really comfy beds and pillows, and a nice inner patio with lots of natural light.

The attention is important either.

The hotel has a good location, parking nearby and a good bedrooms.

We've had a situation with the bill of sale, and they didn't wanted to help. I spent almost 5 days, waiting for a response from the people of the hotel. After so much insistence they helped, but, the attention was awful.

Good value for money, good location in the center, helpful lady who works there. Soap and towels provided

We arrived in the evening and when my friend wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water there. However, on the following day in the morning everything worked and we took a shower with hot water. The other problem is that the water in the shower doesn't go down (goes down but very slowly so i guess it's clogged). No windows in the room
