Good location and value for money. Facilities were clean and room was of a good size. Staff are friendly and very helpful when asking for something that is not available in the room.
One of the rooms on the top floor does not have an on suite bathroom and as a result we had walk out of our room and go across the hall to be able to make use of the bathroom facilities. This should be stated in the description when you book specific room.

Quite hospitable with checkin time as I needed to drop stuff off at 12:00. Owner/husband was friendly. Room was clean.
The owner/wife needs a bit more tact when dealing with guests.
The numerous instruction signs plastered around the walls of the room were a bit much (counted 4 with only 2 being helpful). 1 ply toilet paper was also not ideal.
