I was upgraded to a suite! The view from the room was spectacular!
It would be nice if the hotel had a complimentary spa and sauna and steam room.

Очень стильный красивый отель. Нам сделали бесплатный апгрейд номера и предоставили номер с шикарным видом на море. Номер очень просторный с шикарной ванной комнатой, в которой есть как ванна, так и душевая кабина и отгороженный дверцей умный унитаз. В номере большая удобная кровать, стильный интерьер и хорошее освещение, панорамные окна, балкон и очень чисто. Косметика Byredo Blanche, ежедневная уборка и смена халатов, полотенец, добавляют воду. Разнообразный сытный завтрак по системе шведский стол. Тренажерный зал с хорошим оборудованиям, огромный чистый бассейн. На ресепшен в свободном доступе SPF и спрей с термальной водой.

We liked the cleanliness and the rooms were big. Facilities are great and they even have a games room. The views are also lovely. There are a lot of positives in this hotel.
The food left a lot to be desired esp the dinner buffet. It wasn't good. Staff speak no English so communication is hard - my son has celiac disease and explaining no Gluten in a 5* international hotel shouldn't be this difficult. But the worst thing was they keep two poor peacocks permanently caged in a tiny cage next to the swimming pool. They can't spread their wings and according to the staff, they're never let out. You should hear their cries. It's animal cruelty and extremely sad to see. I really truly hope someone can do something about it.
