The meals are very good and staff helpful, the location is really good for what I went to Ghana for.

The hotel is set up nice and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast options are OK.
A lot of outside day guests are coming to the hotel to either be at the pool, spa or breakfast which makes the hotel a very busy place with not enough staff to service them. For example, during breakfast it was a complete chaos with hotel guests being left without any service. I think this is not fair.
The room is nice but the safe was not working and even after informing the front desk twice about it, nothing changed. I had the impression the staff was not well trained.
Overall one of the best choices if you go to Accra but definitely overpriced, not enough value for money and no attention to detail.
