Spacious room, great eye for detail, everything clean.
If I’d need to suggest something, it would be to add more space to hang towels in the bathroom and a shelf to place your shampoo etc.

Large room and hotel, friendly staff in the minimal contact needed with them checking in and out plus cleaners. Comfy pillows, daily stock of towels and water replenished even if room not being cleaned by being left outside the door. TV had Netflix, YouTube etc and free wifi in the room which worked.
We stayed on floor 9, where the hallway and room lighting were all quite dark. We had a couple lights covered with tape assuming they were broken and not fixed. Even with the several lamps provided it was quite dim inside. The bathroom light seemed to be on a timer of some sort and was left in the dark once or twice. Air con was really loud even on lowest setting and other noise was constantly heard from above, below, and next door so not very sound proof. There was also signs of previous water damaged which had not been corrected properly, as well as dust over hanging from the shelved ceiling. Some photos attached but forgot to take some of the lights taped up and the dust as didn’t bother us too much. Photos attached just for reference where improvements could be made instead of quick or no fixes. Photos taken upon entry to the hotel room first time.
