Great location a few blocks away from Mall del Sol which has everything you could want or need. Airport is also very close by. There are also traditional breakfast and lunch cafés on the same block with inexpensive typical local foods. Great value for the money.
No hot water!
front desk is not always attended. There’s no entry code or key to get into the building so when the front desk isn’t attended, it’s sometimes necessary to wait up to 15 minutes to get in the building. The parking is free but very cramped.

The daytime person, Carmen, was super friendly, helpfully communicating and welcoming - ensuring safe taxi rides as well.

5 minute taxi drive from the airport, 10 minute walk to the mall.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was large, good working AC, very clean and comfortable bed.
Water refill station also a great bonus.
My room was downstairs next door to the shared kitchen. Very loud in the mornings.

This hotel is very close to the airport and offers decent value. The beds are comfy, it has AC, it was clean, there’s a TV in the room with YouTube etc, and check out is late at midday. They also offer breakfast 7-9am.
There was no hot water either in the morning or evening for my showers – which is pretty poor – and the WiFi was pretty bad. I also got woken up at 7am by a doorbell going off almost constantly outside of my room. They also only accept cash.
