Walking distance from Pub Street, Night Market, and many boutiques and restaurants. Quiet area far from the busy streets, yet easily accessible. Its restaurant serves good food, the swimming pool is inviting and clean. The rooms are roomy enough, with a functioning A/C and hot water in the shower. Very friendly and accommodating staff, and they offer a wide range of tours and services.
There are dogs in front of the property and they bark at times, so it can be annoying, yet they calm down at night and did not disturb my sleep much. The floor around the pool is very slippery and could easily cause injury. The furniture in the room is minimalistic, some rooms just have the bed or beds. So you have to be imaginative on how to handle your luggage, personal articles and clothing. Basically the floor is your best friend. I know that the price of the rooms are as low as it gets in Siem Reap, so I don’t suggest adding expensive pieces of furniture, but some low-cost initiatives would be welcomed to alleviate this: solid hooks on the walls and behind the bathroom door, large cloth racks where space allows for it, even a long table with a chair would help. Mind you, one of my room had a small table and chair, and a rack, but not all rooms have them.

It was relatively quiet back street, yet close to pub street et al. Front desk were well versed in english. The pool was nice.
Front desk kept badgering me for a good personal review of himself online. Even after forgetting to extend my stay on the system. People smoke absolutely everywhere outside the dormitory. If you are a non smoker, i would suggest you find alternative accomodation.
