All the staff, both at the front office and breakfast area, were very friendly and professional. Love how we were be able to choose our preferred yukata and that was fun!

Ryokan atmospheric hotel with very relaxing onsen with very delicious meals. Very nice staff. There’s a shuttle van service between hotel and train station.
Smoking room is in the same area with lounge so tobacco smell came out all the time when there’re people smoking in there.

Room was pleasant with a nice view and a mountain stream outside. Low beds were moderately comfortable. We were able to check in before 15:00. We could store our luggage for a few hours after check out.
Cheerless restaurant with unappealing buffet food. It was like eating in a bus station cafeteria. Throngs of loud foreign tourists lent a strong low-budget feel. Dirty elevator was like a freight elevator. Black mold on hoses in bathroom apparently overlooked by cleaning staff.
