Die Lage ist gut, die Anlage seht mittelmäßig

Gute Lage am Strand und abseits von der Strandpromenade.

Die Anlage ist zu dicht gebaut, wenn alle Appartements belegt sind, wird es zu laut. Direkter Blickkontakt zu Nachbarn beim Frühstücken auf Balkon. Außerdem muss erwähnt werden, was für einen Frühstück einem erwartet - immer dasselbe wird auf Zimmer gebracht. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, würde ich so ein Frühstück nie buchen. Es gibt kein Restaurant in der Anlage. Ein anderer Punkt ist die Ausstattung - ich hatte jedesmal Angst, dass ein Wasserhahn in der Hand bleibt, alle Waschbecken wackeln - soviel zu "luxury" Appartements. In zwei Wochen wurde unsere Dusche und WC nicht einmal richtig geputzt, dafür Bettwäsche jeden zweiten Tag gewechselt, von mir aus muß das nicht sein.

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Moderne saubere Zimmer, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Betten fanden wir bequem, es gab Moskitonetze an der Terrassentür was sehr praktisch war. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Direkt am Meer mit kleinem Badestrand gegenüber. In nur 5 Gehminuten ist man im belebten Zentrum

overall is was great.

almost everything was perfect. perfect interior and excellently clean.

the internet wasn’t working and there was 0 % phone reception in the room.

Our suite was clean, comfortable and like new. Great location by the sea within walking distance to restaurants. Tatiani was an outstanding host. Location was perfect as a base for day trips around the Halkidiki peninsula.

The rooms are located directly at the beach and you have a wonderful View to the Sunset. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very close to restaurants and shops, size of the room is perfect with good facilites.

Facing the Beach and this could be a fantastic plus if there would be the properties around keeping it clean. But it is very dirty, no one take care of the sunbeds, bottles of bears left during night. It would be enough to organize a daily cleaning maybe in cooperation with others hotels/resorts closeby.

the location is nice - not at the middle of the of the restaurants and bars, but in a walking distance. i really liked the room - there was a really nice balcony and the parking is right near the room. really recommanded

We had a great time.Room was clean,bed very comfortable.Alex is the best host.Very nice view.Small beach with sunbeds that can be used by the guests is just across the street..Location is very good.

Beautiful apartment, in a quiet and peaceful part of Nikiti, just minutes from the center. The complex consists of two rows of apartments, the first with a sea view, the second with a beautiful garden and landscaped lawn. Staff friendly, breakfast just fine.

Tjey should pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom / toilet. Tap in the bathroom and in the kitchen should also be replaced, the current ones are not in the best function and are far below the level of quality of the rest of the apartment.

The cleaning, new furniture, very well equipped kitchen, good wifi signal, huge balcony.. all most everything.

Maybe one of the best pkace to stay in Nikity.
