Good location, good price for the food festival
It was disappointing to find the cafe closed permanently. One of the reasons we booked was to ensure food was available on site due to mobility restrictions. We were contacted to pre-register and not informed. 10am checkout too early compared to most accommodation. There was a lot of late night noise on Saturday and no staff on site which made us feel vulnerable.

The Mascall Centre is excellently located with easy access from the A49, free parking and only 5 minutes walk from Ludlow town centre
On the first night of our stay we were wakened up at 1am by a group of men returning to the centre and shouting at the top of their voices and banging doors. The following morning we were wakened up by the same men at 7am again shouting and banging doors - it was so bad I had to get up and tell then to quieten down. Our bedroom and bathroom were very small, the shower floor was very slippy - no mat - and the beds were uncomfortable meaning apart from the noise on the first night we didn't sleep well on the other nights.
