The water, the layout of the rooms
The kitchen was mixed - Halal food and Pork cooked in the same kitchen.

The restaurant was really good. Food and service was toplevel.
Pool was really rough on touch and it felt like sunbeds are not set to sit on. No discount for guest in the hotel. Checkin was really bad experience, felt like the woman was not happy to be there. Checkout was a more normal experience

Great hotel! The beds were super comfortable. Layout of the room is good too.
The spa was so amazing. Had the best Foot Massage and Head Massage here. We really enjoyed the sauna and the onsen afterwards too.

We booked a garden room, but we did not get a garden room instead we got a room opposite the
Cafe. It was hectic and loud all the time. We could not use the chairs provided outside because there was no privacy. We never once opened the curtain because of the amount of people who walk pass our room every day. Sometimes it was super loud

the spa was excellent. specially the spa staff.
the kitchen lacked some untensils.
the pool is exremely shallow, not even considered a swimming pool !
the food was very average.
i would rate the resort 4 stars only for the overall quality of apartment, furniture and amenities.
