Excellent location opposite the hovercraft quay. Beautiful old building and super helpful staff. Also very clean both our room and the communal areas
It’s all a bit dated, and not that well looked after. Our sink was loose, the shower leaked, the wifi coverage in our room was bad.
Breakfast felt a bit cheap, watered down orange juice etc etc … maybe increase the price for breakfast and upgrade it a bit.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were happy for us to leave our luggage before check-in time and after checking out. Although the breakfast is stated as buffet, there is a full English breakfast available at no extra charge. It is very convenient for the hovercraft, as it is literally over the road from it
The hotel is a little tired and could do with an update, however, it is clean and functional.

Friendly staff, good location, good breakfast, clean room.
Parking on road ok but a pain, not hotels fault, hotel showing signs of wear...could do with a bit.of investment.
