Nice lounge area
Our room was cold which is great in summer but in the winter we really needed it warmer

The Jacuzzi and room were good, breakfast was great too. Mr. Emre Can from the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Lighting was really bad inside the room. I was checking in late by 4 pm expecting my room to be ready, they made me wait extra 30 mins when my room should have been ready by 2 pm because of an unprofessional error on their end, plus when we finally entered our room one of the room service staff entered our room with his card whilst we were changing our clothes which was awful and unexpected from a prestigious hotel like that.
