Es para una noche

Al llegar nos atendió una chica muy agradable. Estaba todo limpio. Nos pusieron en una habitación con balcón y el amanecer fue precioso.

La habitación y el pasillo olían a tabaco. La almohada era lo peor que he visto en tiempo, que horror.

good location, lots of nice cheap restaurants.

The tank of the toilet had holes in it, when you flushed, toilet water sprinkled everywhere. We also woke up with a lot of bug bites perhaps spiders or bedbugs.

Horrible…scary, hugely overpriced, looks like a jail.

The only thing: the staff was very nice and helpful.

I really don’t like to write “bad” reviews, unfortunately the experience wasn’t really good except for the nice welcoming staff. Unfortunately the place is absolutely overpriced! It’s a very old and not-cared-of building in the middle of nowhere (no stores, no restaurants, nothing is nearby). Actually in the middle of an awful industrial area (attached photos). If at least the building and the room would have been appropriate…but unfortunately not. The walls are super old and dirty, the building and the rooms need an urgent refurbishment, the room doesn’t have air conditioning (which I knew in advance) but the humidity sticks to the room…the electricity sockets are right in the middle of the bed, be careful of your head! The bathrooms are also very old and I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to use them. The place was so scary I wasn’t able to rest well, I was afraid to open the bed sheets since it seemed bed bugs would come out from it, the locking doors of the rooms seem like a jail, everything is very old and I ended up for the same price booking an amazing room in San Mamés with all facilities. Honestly, this place is not worth more than 20€ per night. Then the price relationship is ok. I payed 85€!!! Also, the reception only works from 16 to 21…it doesn’t make any sense. I hope the people that manage this place can refurbish it and make a proper, welcoming place.

The staff was really helpful.

The shared toilets were not clean and they had a really strong smell. It’s located in a remote part of the city and you can’t really walk there. Nowhere to actually buy food from unless you’re okay with a takeaway. You can get a train to Bilbao, the stop is within a few minutes walk. Can’t say I’d recommend the place.

Cozy place in the outskirts of Bilbao if you need to go to the port.

The receptionist and the dog! Easy to park

One of the showers had no hot water. No bars close by, you need to walk in the other side of the highway in order to find a nice place.

If you want a night in a prison cell, look no further.

Easy to find. Friendly reception.

Bathroom nothing worked well water either hot or cold . Nasty dog in reception. Room like a prison cell. Noisy, dirty unpleasant
