A comfortable and easy to find property in a nice neighbourhood. The property is located next to metro access. Travel from Bilbao to the property is about 20 minutes on the metro. Neighbourhood was quiet with numerous options for cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Check in was easy, in person and staff were available for questions during the day.
A small and bright room, good shower and a large window for natural light. Comfy beds and linens.
Opening and closing the door to the room was noisy. It has a really stiff and snappy latch.
A kettle and microwave are available for guests. Helpful if there were some cups, plate ware and a source of water for the kettle.

Room/bathroom small. Doors closing make loud noises.

Handy for metro , coffee shops, underground parking at hotel. 20 mins on metro from centre Bilbao
Hardwood floors and thin walls make it a bit noisy regarding other guests, doors closing, toilets flushing but as long as they are not too noisy late at night, it’s ok
