The staff was very friendly and helped us when we needed. The location is perfect for visiting the National Park and surrounding areas. The rooms were comfortable and had AC in each room. The food was delicious.
I personally do like hard beds but others were fine with the beds.

Rezervējot likās, ka teritorija ap viesnīcu ir plašāka, bet remontdarbu (vienā ēkā) dēļ, īsti nebija iespēju vakarā uzturēties ārā, izņemot restorāna teritoriju.

The apartment was cozy and clean. Location was close to trails
Value for money was really low. We booked this much pricier option as we thought that it is Spa hotel. In fact, sauna and whirlpool are not openly available to guests - only at additional steep price and advance reservation.
Next disappointment was restaurant and particularly breakfast. The inside place is very small, so we had to sit on terrace- not too nice when outside temperature is closing zero. Terrace was heated, but still it was ca +15-16 degrees.

Great location. Good staff speaking either German or English. Serving basic food.
It was not possible to keep the room under the roof cool. We stayed 7 days and needed to ask for fresh towels.
