Het is fijn dat elke slaapkamer een badkamer en toilet heeft. De nieuwe keuken is mooi, een aanwinst voor het appartement. Grote balkons/terrassen.
Prettige en vlotte communicatie met eigenaar. Ligging is prima, centraal in Saas-Grund, dichtbij bushalte. Supermarkt in de buurt.
De appartement is op de keuken na gedateerd. De gordijnen, lampen ,vloerbedekking en de meubels; jaren 70 vibe. In de beschrijving staat allergie vrij maar dat klopt niet met vloerbedekking, gordijnen en donzen dekbedden.
